You grow most when you do what you fear.

It isn’t about having no fear, it’s about having courage. And courage is action despite fear.

Courage is action despite fear.

You often see fear as the problem. Fear is a signal. Fear is your brain prompting you to take action.

Action is the first step out of fear. Doing relieves worrying.

Feel the fear. Do it anyway. The more you do it, the more you realize kumbe you can do it, the less you fear.

There’s something akin to a lion inside you. There’s also a little bitch inside you. Whichever you feed grows.

You already have the courage you need to face whatever you need to face. You have both courage and fear. Whichever you feed grows.

“Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear — not absence of fear. Except a creature be part coward it is not a compliment to say it is brave…” — Mark Twain

It is fearsome things that require bravery. It’s not brave to do normal shit you’re not afraid of.

The people you admire have fears. The greats have fear. They’re just more attuned to action despite the fear. They don’t necessarily worry less, they just do more.

Train yourself to stop fear from stopping you.
